The Edible Consumption Lounge at The Fantom Flower will be one of a kind in West Hollywood and a pioneer both in California and industry wide. With Executive Chef, Brandon Allen, a professionally trained Chef who studied at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he apprenticed with an Olympic Culinary Team, Master Chef.
Throughout his culinary education he competed in numerous competitions which eventually lead to his success in claiming the title as the first ever High Time’s Top Cannabis Chef in the Spring of 2017. Chef Brandon is a certified Interpener, which is best described as the “sommelier” of cannabis and has the ability to identify Cannabis quality and effects by visual and aromatic inspection.
With a complete fascination for the Endocannabinoid System, he has become an educational resource for the Cannabis Community. Ultimately, his mission is to utilize Cannabis as a vessel to educate the world about food, while using food as a vessel to educate the world about Cannabis. To stay in compliance with all local and state regulations, the lounge will serve non-infused dishes coupled with a menu of cannabis infused products the customer will order and add themselves to their meal. Our staff will be well trained in our culinary offerings at The Fantom Flower and with the cannabis infused oils and sauces designed to accompany the dishes. Our staff will take the time to explain the options to the diner, ensuring the experience will be truly customizable.
We will serve CBD and THC isolate, terpene added extracts and pure distillate infused menu items, all produced in a licensed edible manufacturing facility. These infused menu items will be served to the customer with all of the proper packing and labeling required by West Hollywood and the State of California, in no more than a 10 milligram single dose. There will be a microdosing menu available for our patrons who are interesting in the minimal experience, and those that are novice users.
A “Cannabis Craft Mixologist” will be onsite, providing infused beverages including an array of spices and non-alcoholic ingredients and cannabis terpenes, extracts and tinctures, our craft beverages will be sure to delight the palate and the senses. Curated by our Art Director Alexander Perrin and Space Audio Director and General Manager Enzo Rossi, there will be extensive offerings of audio installations and specially crafted in house programming that will further enhance the experience our patrons will have the the edibles consumption lounge.
Along with curated art pieces The Fantom Flower lounge and event space would participate in existing cultural events like Los Angeles areas First Friday events, through the City of West Hollywood's Arts Division.
